All prices are EXW from our shop and in EURO. Prices valid as off today sales price can be changed without prior notice.

If you find a lower price, please be able to email us a link. Whenever possible, we will price match on the same item if it is in stock at the other retailers location.

CLIPZ COMPONENTS ARE SOLD AND INTENDED FOR OFF ROAD USE AND MAY OR MAY NOT BE ROAD LEGAL DEPENDING ON LOCAL JURISDICTION. IT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CLIPZ MOTORSPORT TO KNOW OR DISCLOSE THE NATURE OF THE LEGALITY’S OF COMPONENTS FOR ANY AND ALL USE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CLIPZ MOTORSPORT, IT’S OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND/OR VOLUNTEERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION: INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, PERSONAL INJURY/WRONGFUL DEATH, DEATH, OBLIGATIONS, CLAIMS, COSTS, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES, LOST PROFITS, OR DEMANDS OF ANY KIND AND OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER) RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION OR SPECTATING IN OR AROUND ANY VEHICLE USING PARTS FROM OR PREPARED BY CLIPZ MOTORSPORT. WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT CLIPZ MOTORSPORT HAS/HAD ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR DANGERS.
Product Use
Many items are sold for competition and off road use only. It becomes the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the use of their vehicle and items purchased comply with federal, state and local regulations.
Shipping Policy
Shipping will be “best method.” This usually will be PostNL or TNT service in the continental NL. A small handling charge is normally added to freight charges to help cover packaging. There is an additional handling fee for international shipments to cover additional paperwork and transport to the Post Office. Large items are normally shipped by truck. Note: Truck shipments are less expensive if addressed to a commercial address. Larger or heavy items may ship via DHL. No COD orders will be accepted. For international orders payment via wire transfer may be required. All prices are ex works (EXW).
We cannot guarantee orders will ship the same day, including expedited shipping. It would be preferable to place expedited orders over the phone to ensure delivery by the date needed.
We cannot guarantee when packages will be delivered. This is the responsibility of the carrier. Customer assumes ownership of goods upon shipment. Shipping damage must be reported immediately. We will assist in resolving shipping claims, but can not be responsible for lost or damaged goods. Clipz Motorsport will not be responsible for any consequential costs or damages do to shipping delays or damaged/lost goods.
Return Policy
Returns may be made with 14 (fourteen) days. All returns must be authorized by Clipz motorsport to be eligible for refund. Refunds will not include any freight charges. A restocking charge will normally apply unless the product was defective. Customer must return goods in “as new” condition to be eligible for a refund. Core returns must be received in “good used” condition to receive the core refund. Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility. Shipping damage must be reported to the carrier on receipt. No returns on electrical products or custom products. In some cases a manufacturer’s warranty may apply.
Privacy Policy
We at Clipz Motorsport are committed to protecting your privacy. All your order and personal information is encrypted for maximum security. We pledge never to sell this information to others.
Warranty
It is the goal of Clipz Motorsport to sell quality products. We offer a 6 month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials from the date of purchase. We exclude consequential, incidental, and/or contingent damage of any kind; in any/all cases, the maximum warranty is strictly limited to the item cost. Just like all performance retailers, we do not offer any product warranty on products that are not our own.
We make no warranty as to suitability for intended use and specifically make no warranties for any any parts used in racing or competitive applications. Purchasers expressly affirm they are relying upon their own skill or judgment to select and purchase suitable goods.
